Payment by ATM

The ATM is a secure payment method, no card data is transmitted to The Cor do Monte or maintained by The Cor do Monte.

Am I eligible to pay with ATM?
To be able to benefit from ATM, you must:

– be an individual over 18 years old

– have a valid local bank account

– have at least the amount of your order available in your account.


How can I pay with ATM?
In order to use the ATM payment method you must:

– validate your shopping cart in our online store: www.
cordomonte.com

– choose the ATM payment method, you will be redirected to the page that displays the payment information;

– receive an email or SMS once completed this page, including the following information:

  • entity (provider identifier)
  • application reference
  • amount
  • expiration date for payment

– pay the amount, before the expiration date, at an ATM with debit card or via Homebanking, using the information provided in your email or SMS;

– Receive a confirmation email, once the payment has been made, to the email address registered when you placed your order. Once payment is confirmed, we will prepare your order for shipment. If payment is not made before the deadline indicated in your email or SMS, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Can I return my paid order with ATM?
You can return your paid order with Multibanco under the same conditions as any other order. Once our customer service obtains information from our warehouse that your products have been returned well, we will contact you to obtain your IBAN (international bank account number) in order to refund the returned products via bank transfer. You will be informed by email as soon as the refund has been made. It may take an average of 5 (five) business days for the refund amount to be confirmed in your bank account.

What happens if my paid ATM order is cancelled?
If your paid ATM order is cancelled, whatever the reason, customer service will contact you to obtain your IBAN (international bank account number) to refund the cancelled products via bank transfer. You will be informed by email as soon as the refund has been made. It may take an average of 5 (five) business days for the refund amount to be posted to your bank account.

How can I return a product purchased from the Cor do Monte online store?

Easy and quick returns

We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order.

Custom items and underwear are not eligible for return.

Make sure the items are new, unused and in their original packaging, with their accessories and label attached to the products.

For all purchases made and paid in www.cordomonte.com Online

To receive your return label:

. Through the email geral@cordomonte.com. Describe the product to be returned (quantity/ratio).

After registering your return, you will receive a reply from our team at your email address (please check your spam).

Print and paste the label into the box that should be properly closed. Taking into account environmental issues, please reuse the box in which you received the order.

Deliver the return to the nearest post offices and store the proof of shipment until you receive the refund

The average period of the refund is 10 to 15 days from the date of delivery at the post office, and if the return is made in accordance with our general conditions. All non-conforming items will be destroyed and not refunded.

Cor do Monte will refund the same payment method used to place the order.

If a promotional code has been used, in case of return, its value is divided by the items returned proportionally to their purchase value and no refund of the promotional code is guaranteed.

Is it possible to exchange an article?

No product changes are made. Consequently, we invite you to return the product and validate the new order.

What is the cost of a return?

All returns are free of charge through our return process.

How long do I have to return an item?

The customer has the right to cancel their purchase by validating the return of said item (excluding customized products and those classified as underwear). Such right is entitled up to the Fourteenth (14th) day from the date of physical receipt of the article (by himself or person to whom the order was addressed).

We reiterate that the customer will not have the right to return any product having been subject to customization.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

To return a product you must contact us at geral@cordomonte.com  . You should explain the reason for the return. You will be contacted by our team very soon.
