RETURN CONDITIONS

1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The customer is entitled to return if it is found that the products supplied are defective or other non-conformities in relation to the items ordered. The return can be made within 30 days of notification of the defect and the product must keep the identification label. The seller will review the returned product and inform the user of the right to refund it (if applicable). As a rule, the seller makes a refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to refund.

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as reasons for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

2. RETURN BY DROP-OFF

The customer may, if not satisfied with the products supplied, return them within 30 calendar days after receipt. As a rule, the seller makes a refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to refund. The right to return only occurs, provided that the products:

They have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary). The customer has the right to try on the clothes and shoes to test the size and shape, but can not wear them.

Keep the original features and the packaging not damaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged).

Be complete (e.g. both items in a pair must be returned).

They have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

3. RETURN OFFERS

The return of a product offered must be made by the person who offered/purchased it. In this case, to proceed to the return you must contact the person who purchased it, in the sense that it proceeds to its return, in accordance with the conditions of return, by default or non-conformity or by withdrawal.

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as reasons for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

4. EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR OTHER ITEMS

To exchange one item for another or to exchange the size of an item, please follow the steps below.

An item can only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. In case of exchange of an item for a different one, any campaign/promotion in the original purchase is not maintained in the exchange, unless otherwise indicated in the respective promotional campaign. In this way, the campaign / promotion only remains in case of change of size or color of the item.

Your products can only be exchanged once. If after the exchange order is not satisfied, you can only return your order.
